The idea that the chakras are something unrelated to our daily life? It’s a lie, like “spaghetti alla carbonara” made with cream… πŸ˜±πŸ€’πŸ˜‚

I got a question today that made me think…

It is true that a few years ago I started studying the more subtle aspects of yoga and I started to open the famous Pandora’s box, it is also true that I have always been curious, especially about the energy… so maybe it was easier for me to begin to feel the effects, but today a person interested in buying the course asked me what the chakras have to do with stress management, he perfectly understood the description of the first module, more “physiological“, but the others seemed more like “magic” than anything else.

I realize that this thought can be relatively common (even if you have already done acupuncture treatments, or reiki, or qi-gong or shiatsu… which are based on the same energies…) so today I want to give you an example a bit more tangible.

The fact that you don’t know the subtle energies of the chakras doesn’t mean you don’t feel the effects! πŸ˜‰

But don’t worry, I too, before I studied them and started playing with them for several years, I didn’t know everything I know now so it’s never too late to roll up the sleeves and learn new things!

The chakras are energy and spiritual centers within our body, and these centers have an energy that can be more or less strong as the alignment of the nadis (energy channels) where they are located varies…

…yeah, okay… blah blah blah… as always… blah blah blah blah…

Okay. Let’s get a little more real.

Try to think of someone full of self, unbearable because he feels superior and selfish If he’d work on the first and third chakras, he’d be nicer…

Yes, the chakras also work on how you deal with life.

For example, the first chakra works on, among other things, the roots.

Try to think of the roots in a more subtle way… yes, the roots can also be the family, the ancestors. Feeling part of something. Feeling part of a big family, a big community. … are you starting to get the idea?

If you have a well-balanced first chakra, you’ll be as stable physically as you are mentally, you won’t be afraid to be alone because you know you’re part of a family, so really alone… you will never be.

You’ll be the first to help others, because you know perfectly well that if I help you, you get stronger and you can help me, and together we can grow.

You’re a leader, you motivate others, but without ever losing yourself, because as much as you know that helping others is important, you also know that taking care of yourself is important, so that you don’t fade away because you think too much about others and little about yourself…

Not bad for one aspect of Muladhara, right? ..and it’s only one aspect of the first chakra!

The first chakra also works on fear… anxiety… insecurity… and many other things!

For each chakra, I could talk for hours… as the students who attended my chakra seminar πŸ˜… know… nine hours… and I held back! (I’ll probably do it again since you’ve asked me several times…)

As some of you know, I also did a Sadhana with my Guruji in India for 9 days only on the first chakra… so yes, I can keep talking about it for a long time!!

That’s why three out of four modules of the course are on chakras. Because starting to play with these energy and spiritual centers, they can unlock deeper aspects of our life more quickly…

Yes, you never stop learning… luckily!! πŸ˜‰πŸ˜€

P.S.: I love this picture but I don’t know the author. If you know him please let me know…

P.P.S.: ..he finally decided to buy the course, I’ll let you know if he liked it πŸ˜‰
